Smooth Jazz and More Moves to a New Home at WordPress!

After nearly 7 years of blogging on Blogger, I’ve decided to move to a new home.  A couple of weeks ago, I received a disturbing message from my former blog home.  It said,

“Google Chrome has blocked access to this page on  Content from www*dot*myorkutglitter*dot*com, a known malware distributor, has been inserted into this web page. Visiting this page now is very likely to infect your computer with malware.  Malware is malicious software that causes things like identity theft, financial loss and permanent file deletion.”

We were unsuccessful in ridding the site for the source of the malware and we’ve decided to leave Blogger, rather than continuing to fiddle around with clearing the issue.  This is not the first time we’ve had to leave Blogger.  Ever since changing it’s dashboard, Blogger has been functioning improperly, and this last issue became the last straw.

I’ve worked with WordPress on an experimental basis and liked it’s functionality.  There are some changes I’m going to have to get used to, but this is nothing compared to what I’ve had to do in the last few months.

I look forward to a new and bright future with the WordPress family.
