Voter Fraud…The Dirty Little Secret The GOP Doesn’t Want You To Know!

Since the beginning of the 2011 year, we’ve seen a slew of Voter ID laws pass across GOP-led state legislators. In all, over 25 states have passed these laws in order to suppress the vote in advance of the general election.

GOP leaders claim there has been an outbreak of voter fraud across the country, bringing up the issue of ACORN to prove their purpose the pass these laws. However the GOP fail to show any hard evidence above the contrary.

In reality, there has been only a sliver of cases that have been found to have been voter fraud in the country. In Wisconsin, .0002% cases of voter fraud according to a study by the non-partisan, Brennan Center for Justice. In fact, there have been ZERO cases of voter fraud in the state of Pennsylvania, alone. and any instances of voter fraud have been because of Republican wrongdoing, i.e. the Indiana Secretary of State being convicted of voter fraud.

This strategy is merely a smokescreen, designed to fool the American people into a sense of urgency. Research has found that voters are 39 times more likely to be struck by lightning than commit voter fraud at the polls, and 3,500 times more likely to report a UFO encounter.

Republicans can’t run on the issues, so them must run on scare tactics, just like they did in 2000 and in 2004. Only this time, they can’t get away with it, thanks to power of social media.
