Customer satisfaction is a measure of how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectation. Companies depend on these surveys to find out what products the customers like, what products work and what products are needed to improve on.

There are many customer satisfaction businesses that specializes in getting the information to these companies. One such company, Generational Equity, encourages small businesses to participate in surveys to help improve the product line.
